God doesn’t create a promise when you need it. The promise has already been created. And the first time you act in faith the answer is set in motion. That’s what the angel told Daniel in Daniel Chapter 10. He had waited for an answer 21 days. The angel told him that he was sent the first day that he determined to receive his answer but was held up by evil forces. 
Some people accept a delay as a conclusion. It is only a conclusion… if you stop believing. When you believed, the answer was set into motion.
