Psalm 139:7-8 says that God’s presence is everywhere. No matter where you are or what is going on in your life… it is impossible to escape the presence of God. But being in God’s presence is not like having “God With You.” 
God’s Glory is His manifested, active presence. His presence is everywhere but there are requirements to experience His Glory… having God With You. When you enter His Glory, you will experience His nature, His power, and His promises.
