Job 22:28 says decree a thing and it shall be established to thee. The word decree simply means to proclaim. To the surprise of many, God is not sitting in Heaven making decisions all day and night concerning your life. Psalms 119:89 says that God's Word is settled. 2 Corinthians 1:20 says all the promises of God are yes and amen (they exist now). And Hebrews 4:3 says that the works were finished from the foundation of the world. There are things God has already established for you. They are in place, but you must agree with them.
